1. Can I have a sample order for these wired thermostats?
Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. You can choose different models to make a mixed order.
2. Do you have any MOQ limit?
MOQ are about 500 pcs per model. If need OEM service including logo printing, packing box and manual customized, the MOQ are 1000 pcs per model.
3. What about the lead time?
Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 6-8 weeks
4. Can I customize products?
Yes, let me know the specific customization requirements and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
5. Do you offer guarantee for the products?
Yes, we provide 1 year warranty.
6. Can you provide your certificates?
Our product have CE, RoHS and FCC certificates. If you need any other certificates, please let me know.
7. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?
We usually ship by UPS, FedEX or TNT. It usually take 3-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional, but it will take longer.
If you have shipping agent in China, we can contact them to consolidate the products to save the shipping cost.
8. Is it OK to print my logo on the thermostats?
Yes, we could print logo on the thermostats. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our samples.
