Q1. Are you manufacturer?
Yes. Our factory is located in the port city—Dongguan, and with more than 4000sqm, we do all the process
from Injection to packing by ourselves.
Q2: What about the lead time?
A: sample needs 7days, mass production time needs 15-45 days.
Q3. Can you do OEM and ODM for us?
Yes. We have 12 R&D engineers, and since the company was set up, we are professional in provide OEM
and ODM service.
Q4. What is your trading term? And what payment way are accepted?
We always do FOB term, and you could make the payment by T/T, Paypal, and west union.
Q5: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, we will provide extra 1% as spare part when order quantity are more than 500 pcs.
Secondly, we provide 1-year warranty. During the guarantee period, once confirm the quality problem, we will
deliver new thermostats to replace the defective thermostats or will deliver them in next order according to
real situation.
